The future Of India are children. Are they getting enough training and education that they can form companies like Facebook and Google. Check it out.

Children condition in government school –quality of education and teaching

Children are future of any nation whether it is India, England or America.Once our prime minister in Australia said in his speech that why our country did not develop Facebbook or Google,is there any problem with our education system or we don't have  potential like America, Engalnd or Australia. The answer is quality of education taught at primary level. We do not have toilet in our school then how can we expect that these children will form companies like Google or Facebbok. Goverment provide computer and internet facility to our student but that are used by the family of teachers in our school. I belong from a rural area of Uttar Pradesh and my father is Pradhan of that. Scheme are implemented. But question is are they really working, answer is yes but working at teachers home, block officer's family are enjoying these scheme .Even Pradhan used the government resources like that these are the property of their own.

Govt. school vs Private school
What is being taught and who also comes under scrutiny in these school.when compared with private schools the quality of education in government school is not upto the mark. Most of student of fourth or fifth grade don’t know how to write or pronounce the word either it is our mother tongue or English.
Government's schools are over packed as per survey conducted by times of India maximum number of primary school have the teachers student ratio of 50:1 teacher splay multiple role many government school exist on paper only, actually their infrastructure is fully or partially ruined.most of the government schools in the rural areas are not proper schools but confined to one room. Issues like these add to low attendance and high drop out rates from the government schools.

Lack of basic amenities
NDTV has in a survey disclosed that most of the government schools in India lack basic amenities of toilets and drinking water .on the implantation of right to education(RTE), they surveyed 780 government schools in 13 states of India. the results were shameful. Sixty-three of them had no playgrounds, more than a third of the schools had unserviceable toilets or in extremely poor condition. In case a student a want to go washroom he goes back home. The channel cited it as one of the biggest reasons for high drop-out rate of girl students.admission is not according to the age in more than 80% of schools.
Right to education act(RTE) provides a children right to free and compulsory education till completion of elementary education, it also specifies pupil teacher ratio, building and infrastructure, school working days, teacher working hours, appointment of teachers.
How can we expect quality of education in such schools?
Quality of teachers at government schools is another major concern .most of the teachers do not themselves know what they are teaching. A few days back I saw a video of a school teacher teaching in a rural government school on YouTube and they don’t even know how to spell some of the common enlglish words. We can also see such type of the thing on news channel.

Collective responsibility
Not only teachers but raising children as responsible citizen is the prime duty of parents. They must keep a vigil on their kids. What they speak, how they go to school, their uniform and all. Today strictness will help them ion future. Moreover it is imperative to infuse a sense of responsibility and understanding among kids. We must ensure that students study not to give exams but to understand things. The government must provide well built school, trained staff. We cannot blame a single person or institution as quality education and well-behaved kids is the collective responsibility of teacher ,student, government and parents.
